If you are reading this you are probably familiar with one of us (Frank Verlegh, Vincent van Steijn, Niels Braad or Robert van den Belt). Most likely, you then heard something about our plans to participate in the Balticrally in June this year.
In short, the Baltic rally is an adventure rally through 11 countries, 8.500 km in 18 days. After the start in Groningen (NL) we will drive through Scandinavia, check out the North cape and drive back through Russia. We will drive in a 20 year old car, using no GPS and sleep in tents with cheap inflatable mattresses. Probably a bit weird ? Well, we are very much looking forward to this once in a lifetime roadtrip!
This is also a great opportunity to raise money and awareness for a charity. In our case for Edukans - an initiative that gives children around the world a better chance to good education. In total we would like to raise € 2.125 (€ 0,25 per kilometer) for this very relevant organisation but as we have reached our target per 6th of May, we will raise the bar ! !!!!!!!
What is in it for me?
We came up with something cool for all our supporters:
- Donate less than € 30 - forever gratitude from us and Edukans. All donations help to raise our minimum goal.
- More than € 30 - we will take a moment to think of you during our trip. Everyone who donates a minimum of € 30 will recieve a unique personal photo or video taken during our trip. We promise we will make something to remember.
- More than € 75 - travel with us! Anyone who donates a minimum of € 75 will be contacted by us for a (sponsor)logo or personal photo. We will turn this into a sticker which will be travelling with us on our car.
