Dam tot Dam 2012

On September 23, I will be running the Dam to Dam race in Amsterdam ( 16.2km, 10 Miles) This is a fundraiser for a great organization that makes lots of things possible for Tijs and kids like him. Please help us raise some money.

Suffering from a minor calf cramp that is putting a kink in my running plans. Seeing the physiotherapist who assures me I will be able to run the race but that I need to put ideas of a personal best out of my head, which is fine with me. I am running for a good cause and just want to be able to finish in time.

Tijs and Bastian are ready to coach their mom as she gets back in shape and starts to train for the 16km run. Step 1 was accomplished yesterday - got a double running stroller so both boys can come along!
